ANN ARBOR, Mich., Oct. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The University of Michigan School of Nursing has announced a partnership with online program manager (OPM) Noodle Partners to develop its new fully online Master of Science in Nursing program in Leadership, Analytics and Innovation. Courses officially begin in fall 2020.

The program will deliver the in-depth U-M Nursing educational experience in a flexible format, providing convenient access to the school's renowned faculty and the wide array of resources students expect from a world-class research institution.

"The Michigan difference will continue in our digital education just as it does in our residence education," U-M School of Nursing Dean Patricia Hurn, Ph.D., RN, FAAN said. "We are excited to develop this program with Noodle Partners and ensure students who earn their degree digitally have the same quality experience."

The Leadership, Analytics and Innovation specialty program prepares students to transition from clinically focused careers to executive leadership roles using data-driven, evidence-based approaches. "Developing this program will allow us to engage many more people to become Michigan nurses, and that is our ultimate goal," Hurn said. "We think Michigan nurses are the best, and we want them everywhere."

"We could not be more enthusiastic about delivering the University of Michigan School of Nursing educational experience to a wider audience of students," Noodle Partners Founder and CEO John Katzman said.
