Search Influence Optimizes Next Neighborhood Development with Relocation to Central City
Wednesday, October 23, 2019

Company has long standing success in supporting neighborhood growth.

NEW ORLEANS, Oct. 15, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Search Influence, a New Orleans based digital marketing agency, has relocated their headquarters to 1610 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd located in the Central City neighborhood effective immediately.

Search Influence has taken over over a historic 19th century building on Oretha Castle Haley Blvd which was once two main street style storefronts - Lane's Shoe Store & Mill End Remnants. After many years of exposure to the elements, the building went through a significant rehabilitation in the last decade and was awarded a 2013 Merit Award for Adaptive Reuse by American Institute of Architects (AIA) New Orleans, according to the building's architecture firm, CCWIV Architecture.

Search Influence joins several other organizations in this recently revitalized area of Central City in New Orleans, including Cafe Reconcile, Southern Food & Beverage Museum (SoFAB), and the New Orleans Jazz Market. The Central City Historic District was recognized in 1982 on the National Register of Historic Places.

"Planting roots in this key area of New Orleans aligns with our core purpose: We optimize potential. We are investing in this developing area and hope that more businesses will continue to follow," says Angie Scott, COO and Co-founder. "Our company has a long-standing history of embracing neighborhoods that are in the midst of revitalizing and being a part of the future."

In 2011 Search Influence moved to Oak Street when the neighborhood was transitioning to become the community recognized today. Then in 2015, Search Influence again related to its immediately former office space on Gravier Street when many Central Business District (CBD) blocks were being reimagined and rejuvenated. Both areas are now bustling with new and now well-established businesses.

"Not only are we proud to call New Orleans home, but we are proud to be a business that is continuously embracing the growth and vision of our city's neighborhoods, community, and economy," added Will Scott.

"Our new location is just blocks outside of the CBD and remains convenient to our downtown clients while increasing accessibility to other clients and partners to visit our office," says Alison Zeringue, Director of Account Management. "We are also excited as this new location provides additional benefits to our staff such as an outdoor area for employees to work and closer proximity to shops and restaurants to support work/ life balance which is a top priority for our firm."

Search Influence's new mailing address is 1610 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70113. The company's direct line will remain (504) 208-3900.

Founded in 2006 and based in New Orleans, Search Influence is a catalyst driving ROI-focused marketing strategies that provide critical support to optimize the potential of each client's value proposition.
