Stream57 Lands in London: Webcasting Leader Launches First European Office
Tuesday, October 07, 2008
NEW YORK, Oct. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Innovative Flash-based webcasting leader
Stream57 has bolstered its international presence by opening its first office
outside of the United States, with a new space in London's West End. Designed
to serve as the software development company's European headquarters, the new
office location is being run by Director of Business Development Daniel J.
Lyons III, and went fully operational on October 1st.
"We're seeing our U.S. clients use our webcasting technology for events
around the world, and new international clients are joining up every day,"
Lyons said. "As about 20% of our business is already coming from outside the
States, with projects in cities like Basel, Rome, Brussels, and of course
London becoming more and more common, getting our feet on the ground in Europe
is the best way to keep providing our unrivaled services to our clients while
our business continues to expand at an incredible pace."
"Having watched our own webcast technology spread across the United States
as quickly as it has over the past few years, we have nothing but huge
expectations for what streaming media may do in the European market," Stream57
President Ben Chodor added. "As webcasting and e-learning are really just
starting to take off internationally, we view Europe as the next frontier in
streaming video technology. With partners around the world, we're planning to
continue spreading Stream57's unmatched technology as far as we can and plan
to open additional offices in Asia and South America over the next several
months."
Stream57's new London office is located in London's West End at Medius
House LG, 2 Sheraton Street, W1F 8BH, London, UK. For all inquiries, please
contact Daniel Lyons at +44(0) 845 888 4024 or by email at dlyons@s57.com.
