Innovative Job Board Evaluation Tool is First to Follow Candidate's Entire Application Process - From View at the Job Board to Hire
CHICAGO and SAN RAMON, Calif., Oct. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- eQuest, the global
leader in job posting and Internet recruitment management services today
announced that it has been selected as a winner of HR Executive Magazine's
Product of the Year award for its innovative job board sourcing and analytics
tool, Prophesy3(TM).
eQuest has been rapidly expanding its ancillary services in the direction
of assisting its customers in understanding and evaluating job board
effectiveness. Unlike other sourcing products, Prophesy3 performs a complete
end-to-end tracking of a candidates' job response process. Candidates are
tracked as follows:
-- confirms date and time the candidate initially views the job at the
job board
-- geo-locates candidate's location via IP address locaters (GoogleMaps)
-- confirms candidate click-through (APPLY BUTTON) at the board level
-- tracks candidate arriving at the ATS hosted career site for the unique
job
-- measures resume conversion rate (how many arrive at site vs. resume
submission)
-- reports how many candidates were interviewed by job board
-- reports how many candidates were made offers by job board
-- reports the final hire/candidate's original job board source
-- reports cost-to-hire by board, job, location
-- reports time-to-hire by board, job, location
Another feature offered in Prophesy3 is benchmarking. This allows
companies to measure their own recruiting metrics/results/costs against the
entire eQuest job posting customer aggregate.
Starbuck's Coffee was first to take advantage of Prophesy3. Phil
Hendrickson, manager, global talent sourcing strategy at Starbuck's states,
"Understanding and evaluating job board performance is more important than
ever. Prophesy3 is the Holy Grail of interactive metric tools -- pointing
companies in the right direction when it comes to the knowledge you need when
spending scarce advertising dollars."
"We are extremely honored to win this award from HR Executive Magazine,"
said John Malone, President and Chief Executive Officer of eQuest. "Our R&D
team did a brilliant job making this vision come to life and an award such as
this only confirms our future commitment to continue to create innovative and
meaningful products for the Human Resource community."
Prophesy3 will remain an internally utilized metrics tool for eQuest
Interactive Media consultants to assist customers with job board buying
strategies on a local, regional and international level.
