Insticator Launches Ad-Supported, Human-Moderated Commenting System with Squawk-It Acquisition

Insticator launches free, human-moderated commenting system, powered by their acquisition of Squawk-It.
NEW YORK, Feb. 3, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Insticator today announced that it has acquired Squawk-It, an international engagement company with a focus on revolutionary user commenting technology. Insticator will acquire its commenting product and its team, which is based out of Kyiv, Ukraine. With this acquisition, Squawk-It's commenting platform will be rebranded as Insticator Commenting and added to Insticator's evolving product set.
With the help of a 24/7 human moderation team, Insticator Commenting aims to foster a safe, welcoming community amongst a site's commenters by weeding out trolls, abusive users, and bots that can negatively impact engagement. Additionally, commenters can interact with each other through upvotes, downvotes, easy-to-follow threaded replies, and rich media elements such as .gifs and emojis. For publishers, the Insticator Commenting embed will provide valuable ad real estate that can draw in best-in-class revenue.
