2SENSEONLINE.COM to Unite and Serve Young Professional Community
NEW YORK, Oct. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- 2SenseOnline, a Web site for America's 15 million Young Professionals (YPs) in their 20s and 30s, launched today at www.2SenseOnline.com. 2SenseOnline features daily content and provides a unified voice and platform for YPs to address their collective interests, challenges, and opportunities. More significantly it provides an opportunity for YPs to be heard as a unified community by business, government, and media leaders.
"There are Web sites for all types of demographic and special interest groups, but none for serious YPs that want a thoughtful and representative voice on today's most critical issues," said Michael Eisenstadt, editor and publisher, 2SenseOnline. "We are bringing together a community of YPs like never before, and giving them the content and tools to engage with other like-minded individuals across the country. Our goal is to be a clearinghouse of ideas and action for the YP community."
For YPs, the new "American Dream" is to have a fulfilling work experience that leaves time for other aspects of life, according to research conducted by 2Sense Media and Harvard College Consulting Group. YPs place significant value on time, family, personal development, and self-fulfillment, the data indicate. But serious financial concerns, career anxieties, and an interconnected and more dangerous world rank high on the concern meters of YPs, according to the findings. It is commonly said that YPs may be the first generation whose members make less money than their parents.
2SenseOnline addresses these YP concerns, providing the most important principles and ideas they are confronted with every day. The site features wide-ranging political, economic, social/environmental news coverage as well as money, career, and lifestyle sections to help YPs make informed decisions. Each section is anchored by established experts in related fields.
2SenseOnline also includes individual user and group blogs and a directory of YP groups. Via 2SenseOnline blogs, users and groups have the opportunity to get published on 2SenseOnline and build a strong voice in the community. Group pages help individual YPs locate and interact with regional groups and leaders from across the country and around the world.
2SenseOnline was created by New York-based 2Sense Media, LLC.
