VOIP Networks Awarded as One of Mitel's Top Partners
Wednesday, March 11, 2020
CHERRY HILL, N.J., March 3, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- VOIP Networks, a leading provider of Mitel-powered unified communications (UC) solutions, was recently named a multiple winner during Mitel's Partner Awards for the Americas event.
New York-based VOIP Networks was one of only two partners to receive multiple awards. VOIP was recognized as Mitel's Northeast Partner of the Year and also won the Sourcewell Award.
"Congratulations to VOIP Networks for being named Mitel's Top Partner for the Northeast Region and earning an additional award for providing communications and collaboration solutions to the Sourcewell community of government, education, and nonprofit agencies," said Mary McDowell, President and CEO of Mitel. "Throughout our 30+ year exclusive relationship with VOIP Networks, they've been a standout partner in helping customers across the country leverage communications technology like their Cloud 9 platform powered by Mitel to solve business challenges and seize new opportunities."
The Sourcewell Award is based on a cooperative contract that provides value-priced telecommunications to nonprofits, schools, colleges, universities, and municipalities. Instead of the time-consuming process of soliciting bids from vendors, Sourcewell helps organizations get the telecommunications equipment, systems, and support they need quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
"We're particularly proud of these awards because factors such as our Cloud 9 by VOIP Networks Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform, certifications, how well we deploy these solutions, and customer satisfaction are a big part of why we were selected," noted Chuck Reagan, President & CEO of VOIP Networks. "We're helping organizations of all types further their missions."
These awards recognize VOIP Network's ongoing customer-first focus. The company's Cloud 9 platform was one of the first cloud-based technologies to provide unified communications solutions for customers. VOIP Networks provides cloud-based, hybrid, and on-premises systems for small, medium, and large organizations, using a hardware-agnostic approach based on each client's needs, budget and schedule.
