Obama Labor Department Official Joins Finance Startup Working to Close Skills Gaps

Meritize taps U.S. Deputy Secretary of Labor Seth Harris as advisor; education finance startup funds students based on merit and potential, rather than credit score

Previously, he served as a policy advisor to the secretaries of labor in the Clinton Administration and taught and led the labor and employment law programs at New York Law School.
