In the March/April 2020 Best of South Tampa edition of South Tampa Magazine, it was announced that New Legacy Homes was voted Best Home Builder in a contest that was open to magazine readers and the general public.

More than 30,000 votes were cast to determine winners in over 100 categories in a competition that was open from January 13-24.
