Popular digital magazine dedicated to helping people learn the disease reversing science of whole food plant-based nutrition, moves to a Pay What You Can sales model
Thursday, September 10, 2020

Effective immediately, all four issues of Plantrician Project's Disease Reversal & Prevention Digest, including Issue 4, which was published today, may now be directly downloaded from DiseaseReversalDigest.com, on a Pay What You Can basis.

ST. LOUIS, Sept. 2, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Plantrician Project announced today that due to the impact that Covid-19 has had on both the health and economic wellbeing of the population globally, all four issues of its popular Disease Reversal & Prevention Digest, are now available at to all who need it, on a pay what you can basis.

Now in its second year of publication, The Disease Reversal & Prevention Digest is a consumer friendly digital companion publication to the International Journal of Disease Reversal and Prevention (IJDRP) that links the disease reversing science of the IJDRP, whole food plant-based nutrition and regenerative agriculture with practical advice to help people live vibrant, healthy lives free of the many chronic illnesses plaguing the world today.

"In light of the global economic and health crises brought on by Covid-19," says Dr. Scott Stoll, Co-founder and Chairman of The Plantrician Project, "moving the Disease Reversal & Prevention Digest to a Pay What You Can model better serves our mission of sharing content about the power of whole food plant-based nutrition to prevent and reverse lifestyle related diseases with all who need it."

According to the CDC, people with chronic illnesses such as type 2 diabetes, heart and kidney diseases are at increased risk of becoming severely ill from Covid-19. Globally, chronic, lifestyle related diseases are rising at epidemic levels and the rates of overweight and obese populations continue to escalate unchecked. However, there is a mounting body of scientific evidence indicating the efficacy of a nutrient-rich, whole food, plant-based diet to treat and reverse up to 80% of non-communicable, chronic conditions. It is therefore critical to the health of so many, that this information be disseminated as broadly as possible.

All four published issues of the Disease Reversal & Prevention Digest are now available at diseasereversaldigest.com at the suggested download price of $7.99 though readers are encouraged to pay as little or as much as they are able for each issue. Proceeds enable The Plantrician Project to not only publish the engaging content of the Digest, they also contribute to the considerable costs incurred in publishing the IJDRP, the world's only free to publish in and free to access scientific journal dedicated to documenting the science of nutrition and healthy lifestyle to prevent, suspend, and reverse disease. The IJDRP also released its fourth edition today.

The Disease Reversal and Prevention Digest and The International Journal of Disease Reversal and Prevention, are special projects of The Plantrician Project. The Plantrician Project is a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation dedicated to providing educational events, tools, and resources for healthcare practitioners, including the upcoming virtual International Plant-Based Nutrition Healthcare Conference, this September 11-14.
