KELL Partners Names New Vice President of Professional Services
Thursday, October 22, 2020

Alex Turkovic brings extensive experience in learning and development design to the role of professional services.

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- KELL Partners, a consulting firm specializing in Salesforce solutions for nonprofits and higher education, has tapped Alex Turkovic as Vice President of Professional Services. With more than 13 years of learning and development design experience around mission-critical customer operations, he will focus on bringing a knowledge transfer element to KELL projects, helping nonprofits and higher education institutions get the most from their software tools.

"Alex is a natural servant leader who brings a wealth of experience to our team and our clients," said Sandra Jensen, KELL Partners Founder and CEO. "By combining a deep understanding of the complexities that come with software implementations with a passion for helping people learn through the process, Alex is an ideal professional services leader."

Turkovic, who holds a Six Sigma through Dell's Business Process Improvement (BPI) program, is a board member of the eLearning Council. He joins KELL after five years with HotSchedules as the Senior Director of Implementation and Training Services. He also held leadership roles at Dell and BigCommerce in the management of both internal and client-facing learning programs.

"Change management and the challenges of adopting new technologies are often barriers for organizations," said Turkovic. "Our goal is to help clients prepare before, during, and after a project, training and providing knowledge transfer as we go. We want to be a helping hand throughout the process and beyond delivery, so that organizations succeed faster and do more with the tools."

Turkovic was also the co-founder of Young Chefs Academy, a cooking school for kids based in Round Rock, Texas. He is heavily involved in the local community and volunteers at several Central Texas nonprofits - Central Texas Food Bank, Johnson's Backyard Garden, Salvation Army - Rathgeber Center for Families, and the Sustainable Food Center.
