Notice of Data Incident

Nashville, TN - BFC Solutions experienced a network disruption that affected its ability to access certain systems. In response, BFC Solutions promptly initiated an investigation, engaging third-party specialists to assist with understanding the nature and scope of the disruption. As part of the investigation, it was discovered that certain information within BFC Solutions systems was subject to unauthorized access or acquisition between June 18, 2024 and June 20, 2024. Upon discovery, BFC Solutions worked to identify and collect the data at risk to perform a thorough review to determine the types of information that may have been impacted and the individuals to whom it relates. On June 11, 2025, this process was completed, and BFC Solutions worked to confirm up-to-date contact information to provide individuals with notification as soon as possible. The review determined that the types of information potentially impacted, which varies by individual, may include one or more of the following: name, date of birth, driver's license/state issued identification number, passport number, financial account information, payment card information, medical information, health insurance information, and/or Social Security number.
In response to this incident, BFC Solutions engaged outside cybersecurity specialists to conduct an investigation. BFC Solutions also continues to review its policies and procedures related to data protection. BFC Solutions has no reason to believe any information has been or will be misused because of this incident. In an abundance of caution, potentially affected individuals are being provided with credit monitoring services at no cost to them. In general, individuals are encouraged to remain vigilant against incidents of identity theft and fraud by reviewing credit reports and account statements for suspicious activity and to detect errors.
